Sharing safety stories is a critical part of our safety culture and how we look out for one another, connect and build trust. We encourage everyone to think about their safety ‘why’, beyond just following the rules.

We value high performance
We have a high performing culture at Laminex, but this doesn’t mean we churn out heaps of products year on year, or over-work our people to the bone.
For us, it’s about great planning and direction, and finding a balance where we work hard when we need to, and have active recovery time too.
